We are right in the middle of nature and completely surrounded by tranquility!

The perfect place to give your bread baking skills a kickstart!

Only 50 mins from Valencia, in the mountains, you will learn how to bake your own fresh bread. Bas will teach you how, with the help of some simple appliances and tools you certainly have available at home so that you can immediately start baking delicious bread when you return back home.

Bas’ bread baking workshop was a very inspiring experience. In just a few hours, under his inspiring guidance, we baked a lot of different breads.

Bas explained to us clearly and concisely how to round and fold the dough to get the best result. After all our hard work, we enjoyed a delicious lunch on the veranda of the Masia.
