A todos los efectos, la \u00fanica versi\u00f3n con valor jur\u00eddico vinculante es el texto en espa\u00f1ol.<\/p><p>MASIA DE MATUTA GETAWAY, S.L. Tienes a tu disposici\u00f3n la casa rural situada en Vall de Almonacid, Pol\u00edgono 6, Parcela 96, que est\u00e1 inscrita en el registro del Ministerio de Turismo como casa rural de alojamiento compartido con el n\u00famero ARCS-630, con el nombre \u201cMAS\u00cdA MATUTA\u201d. La casa de campo tiene una capacidad m\u00e1xima de 14 plazas. La casa rural est\u00e1 totalmente equipada.<\/p><p>Masia de Matuta ofrece habitaciones para que el turista disfrute de la naturaleza y se relaje. Estas habitaciones se ofrecen de forma individual y en lo sucesivo se denominar\u00e1n \u2018Reservas de habitaciones\u2019.<\/p><p>Masia de Matuta ofrece alojamiento para grupos (reserva de m\u00e1s de 3 habitaciones a la vez o exclusividad de la Masia con un m\u00e1ximo de 14 personas), en adelante &#8216;Reservas de Grupos&#8217;.<\/p><p>Masia de Matuta ofrece talleres (de pan) para grupos alojados en la Masia de un m\u00ednimo de 4 y un m\u00e1ximo de 12 personas y para grupos no alojados en la Masia de un m\u00ednimo de 8 y un m\u00e1ximo de 12 personas. En adelante denominadas &#8216;Reservas de talleres&#8217;.<\/p><p>Masia de Matuta ofrece el espacio exterior para eventos de hasta un m\u00e1ximo de 180 personas, en adelante &#8216;Reservas de eventos\u2019.<\/p><h3>Pol\u00edtica de cancelaci\u00f3n:<\/h3><ul><li>Las reservas de habitaciones se pueden cancelar sin coste hasta 4 d\u00edas (96 horas) antes de la llegada. Si cancelas hasta 3 d\u00edas (entre 95 y 72 horas) antes del check-in se cargar\u00e1 el 50%. En caso de cancelaci\u00f3n entre las 0 y 71 horas se cargar\u00e1 el 100% del valor de la reserva. Para cancelar enviar un email a info@masiadematuta.com.<\/li><li>Las reservas de grupos se pueden cancelar sin coste hasta 1 mes antes de la llegada. Las reservas realizadas entre 3 y 4 semanas antes de la llegada (entre 21 y 28 d\u00edas) pagan el 50% del importe cotizado. Cancelaciones entre 0 y 3 semanas antes de la llegada (0 a 20 d\u00edas) se cargar\u00e1 el 100% del importe cotizado. Para cancelar enviar un email a info@masiadematuta.com.<\/li><li>Las reservas de los talleres se pueden cancelar de forma gratuita hasta 4 d\u00edas antes del inicio del taller (96 horas). Cancelaciones posteriores a este horario (entre 0 y 95 horas) se cargar\u00e1n el 100%. Para cancelar enviar un email a info@masiadematuta.com.<\/li><li>Las reservas de eventos se pueden cancelar sin coste hasta 2 meses antes de la llegada. Cancelaciones entre 1 y 2 meses (31 a 60 d\u00edas) se cobrar\u00e1 el 85% del monto de la cotizaci\u00f3n. Cancelaciones de menos de 1 mes (0 y 30 d\u00edas) deben pagar el 100% del monto de la cotizaci\u00f3n. Para cancelar enviar un email a info@masiadematuta.com.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Precios:<\/h3><ul><li>Los precios de reserva de habitaciones son para 2 personas e incluyen IVA (10%) y desayuno para 2 personas.<\/li><li>Los ni\u00f1os menores de 2 a\u00f1os se alojan gratis en cuna, siempre que haya espacio para ello en la habitaci\u00f3n reservada.<\/li><li>Los precios para grupos y eventos se comparten previa solicitud. Env\u00eda un correo electr\u00f3nico a info@masiadematuta.com.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Animales:<\/h3><p>No se admiten animales EN el alojamiento.<\/p><h3>Seguridad:<\/h3><ul><li>Nunca est\u00e1 permitido fumar en el alojamiento ni en la piscina ni en el terreno de Masia de Matuta. S\u00f3lo se permite fumar afuera en el \u00e1rea designada.<\/li><li>Nunca se permite abrir fuego, ni dentro ni fuera.<\/li><li>El uso de la piscina es bajo su propia responsabilidad. No hay ning\u00fan socorrista presente. El turista se hace responsable de si mismo y de las personas alojadas con \u00e9l.<\/li><li>El uso de la piscina s\u00f3lo est\u00e1 permitido a los hu\u00e9spedes de la casa rural.<\/li><li>Est\u00e1 prohibido caminar o trepar al borde de la piscina infinita.<\/li><li>Masia de Matuta est\u00e1 situada en una finca de 27 hect\u00e1reas en pleno Parque Nacional de la Sierra de Espadan. Debes tener cuidado con la naturaleza y contigo mismo en todo momento. Los padres deben supervisar a sus hijos en todo momento. Mas\u00eda de Matuta Getaway S.L. nunca se hace responsable de los da\u00f1os sufridos durante el uso de la Masia, de las instalaciones y de la finca propiedad de Masia de Matuta Getaway S.L.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Saliendo de Mas\u00eda de Matuta:<\/h3><ul><li>Debes abandonar el alojamiento antes de las 11 horas.<\/li><li>El dep\u00f3sito de maletas y\/o el uso de las instalaciones de la Mas\u00eda de Matuta est\u00e1 siempre sujeto a consulta y disponibilidad.<\/li><li>Si EL TURISTA no abandona la casa de campo (o las habitaciones reservadas) dentro del plazo acordado, se arriesga a pagar tres veces la tarifa aplicable para ese per\u00edodo, calculada por d\u00eda.<\/li><li>En caso de que EL TURISTA abandone la casa de campo antes del plazo acordado, deber\u00e1 pagar la totalidad del precio de alquiler acordado por el plazo acordado.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Uso de la Mas\u00eda de Matuta:<\/h3><p>Estaremos encantados de ofrecerles las \u00e1reas comunes para compartir entre nosotros. Stuur een e-mail naar info@masiadematuta.com.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Dieren:<\/h3><p>Dieren zijn niet toegestaan IN de accommodatie.<\/p><h3>Veiligheid:<\/h3><ul><li>Roken is nooit toegestaan in de accommodatie, bij het zwembad en op de terrassen van Masia de Matuta. Roken is alleen buiten toegestaan in de daarvoor bestemde ruimte.<\/li><li>Open van vuur is nooit toegestaan, noch binnen, noch buiten.<\/li><li>Het gebruik van het zwembad is op eigen risico. Er is geen badmeester aanwezig. De toerist is verantwoordelijk voor zichzelf en de mensen die bij hem verblijven.<\/li><li>Het gebruik van het zwembad is alleen toegestaan voor gasten van het landhuis.<\/li><li>Het is verboden om op de rand van het overloopzwembad te lopen of te klimmen.<\/li><li>Masia de Matuta ligt op een boerderij van 27 hectare in het hart van het Nationaal Park Sierra de Espadan. U dient te allen tijde voorzichtig zijn met de natuur en uzelf. Ouders moeten te allen tijde toezicht houden op hun kinderen. Mas\u00eda de Matuta Getaway S.L. is nooit verantwoordelijk voor eventuele schade geleden tijdens het gebruik van de Masia, de faciliteiten en de eigendommen van Masia de Matuta Getaway S.L.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Check out:<\/h3><ul><li>U dient de accommodatie v\u00f3\u00f3r 11.00 uur te verlaten.<\/li><li>Bagageopslag en\/of gebruik van de faciliteiten van Mas\u00eda de Matuta is altijd op basis van beschikbaarheid en gaat altijd in overleg.<\/li><li>Indien DE TOERIST het huisje (of de gereserveerde kamers) niet binnen de afgesproken termijn verlaat, riskeert hij of zij driemaal het voor die periode geldende tarief, berekend per dag, te betalen.<\/li><li>Indien DE TOERIST het landhuis v\u00f3\u00f3r de overeengekomen periode verlaat, is hij de gehele overeengekomen huurprijs voor de overeengekomen periode verschuldigd.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Gebruik van Masia de Matuta:<\/h3><p>Wij bieden u graag gemeenschappelijke ruimtes aan die u met elkaar kunt delen.
