POR FAVOR LEA ESTOS TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES CUIDADOSAMENTE. ESTE ES UN ACUERDO LEGAL VINCULANTE. AL HACER UNA RESERVA, USTED ACEPTA TODOS LOS TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES.

Aun cuando disponemos de una traducción de estas condiciones a otros idiomas, debe de entenderse que las mismas carecen de valor jurídico, habiendo sido realizadas para facilitar su comprensión. A todos los efectos, la única versión con valor jurídico vinculante es el texto en español.

MASIA DE MATUTA GETAWAY, S.L. Tienes a tu disposición la casa rural situada en Vall de Almonacid, Polígono 6, Parcela 96, que está inscrita en el registro del Ministerio de Turismo como casa rural de alojamiento compartido con el número ARCS-630, con el nombre “MASÍA MATUTA”. La casa de campo tiene una capacidad máxima de 14 plazas. La casa rural está totalmente equipada.

Masia de Matuta ofrece habitaciones para que el turista disfrute de la naturaleza y se relaje. Estas habitaciones se ofrecen de forma individual y en lo sucesivo se denominarán ‘Reservas de habitaciones’.

Masia de Matuta ofrece alojamiento para grupos (reserva de más de 3 habitaciones a la vez o exclusividad de la Masia con un máximo de 14 personas), en adelante ‘Reservas de Grupos’.

Masia de Matuta ofrece talleres (de pan) para grupos alojados en la Masia de un mínimo de 4 y un máximo de 12 personas y para grupos no alojados en la Masia de un mínimo de 8 y un máximo de 12 personas. En adelante denominadas ‘Reservas de talleres’.

Masia de Matuta ofrece el espacio exterior para eventos de hasta un máximo de 180 personas, en adelante ‘Reservas de eventos’.

Política de cancelación:

Las reservas de habitaciones se pueden cancelar sin coste hasta 4 días (96 horas) antes de la llegada. Si cancelas hasta 3 días (entre 95 y 72 horas) antes del check-in se cargará el 50%. En caso de cancelación entre las 0 y 71 horas se cargará el 100% del valor de la reserva. Para cancelar enviar un email a info@masiadematuta.com.
Las reservas de grupos se pueden cancelar sin coste hasta 1 mes antes de la llegada. Las reservas realizadas entre 3 y 4 semanas antes de la llegada (entre 21 y 28 días) pagan el 50% del importe cotizado. Cancelaciones entre 0 y 3 semanas antes de la llegada (0 a 20 días) se cargará el 100% del importe cotizado. Para cancelar enviar un email a info@masiadematuta.com.
Las reservas de los talleres se pueden cancelar de forma gratuita hasta 4 días antes del inicio del taller (96 horas). Cancelaciones posteriores a este horario (entre 0 y 95 horas) se cargarán el 100%. Para cancelar enviar un email a info@masiadematuta.com.
Las reservas de eventos se pueden cancelar sin coste hasta 2 meses antes de la llegada. Cancelaciones entre 1 y 2 meses (31 a 60 días) se cobrará el 85% del monto de la cotización. Cancelaciones de menos de 1 mes (0 y 30 días) deben pagar el 100% del monto de la cotización. Para cancelar enviar un email a info@masiadematuta.com.

Precios:

Los precios de reserva de habitaciones son para 2 personas e incluyen IVA (10%) y desayuno para 2 personas.
Los niños menores de 2 años se alojan gratis en cuna, siempre que haya espacio para ello en la habitación reservada.

Animales:

No se admiten animales EN el alojamiento.

Seguridad:

Nunca está permitido fumar en el alojamiento ni en la piscina ni en el terreno de Masia de Matuta. Sólo se permite fumar afuera en el área designada.
Nunca se permite abrir fuego, ni dentro ni fuera.
El uso de la piscina es bajo su propia responsabilidad. No hay ningún socorrista presente. El turista se hace responsable de si mismo y de las personas alojadas con él.
El uso de la piscina sólo está permitido a los huéspedes de la casa rural.
Está prohibido caminar o trepar al borde de la piscina infinita.
Masia de Matuta está situada en una finca de 27 hectáreas en pleno Parque Nacional de la Sierra de Espadan. Debes tener cuidado con la naturaleza y contigo mismo en todo momento. Los padres deben supervisar a sus hijos en todo momento. Masía de Matuta Getaway S.L. nunca se hace responsable de los daños sufridos durante el uso de la Masia, de las instalaciones y de la finca propiedad de Masia de Matuta Getaway S.L.

Saliendo de Masía de Matuta:

Debes abandonar el alojamiento antes de las 11 horas.
El depósito de maletas y/o el uso de las instalaciones de la Masía de Matuta está siempre sujeto a consulta y disponibilidad.
Si EL TURISTA no abandona la casa de campo (o las habitaciones reservadas) dentro del plazo acordado, se arriesga a pagar tres veces la tarifa aplicable para ese período, calculada por día.
En caso de que EL TURISTA abandone la casa de campo antes del plazo acordado, deberá pagar la totalidad del precio de alquiler acordado por el plazo acordado.

Uso de la Masía de Matuta:

Estaremos encantados de ofrecerles las áreas comunes para compartir entre nosotros. Puede utilizar la cocina de la planta baja de la Masia y las zonas de estar interiores y exteriores. Siempre te pedimos que trates los artículos que ofrecemos con respeto y que tengas en cuenta a los demás huéspedes.

Even though we have a translation of these conditions into other languages, it must be understood that they have no legal value, having been made to facilitate their understanding. For all purposes, the only version with binding legal value is the Spanish text.

MASIA DE MATUTA GETAWAY, S.L. You have at your disposal the rural house located in Vall de Almonacid, Polígono 6, Parcela 96, which is registered in the Ministry of Tourism registry as a shared accommodation rural house with the number ARCS-630, with the name “MASÍA MATUTA”. The country house has a maximum capacity of 14 people. The rural house is fully equipped.

Masia de Matuta offers rooms for tourists to enjoy nature and relax. These rooms are offered individually and are hereinafter referred to as ‘Room Reservations’.

Masia de Matuta offers accommodation for groups (reservation of more than 3 rooms at a time or exclusivity of the Masia with a maximum of 14 people), hereinafter ‘Group Reservations’.

Cancellation policy:

Security:

Smoking is never allowed in the accommodation or at the pool or on the terraces of Masia de Matuta. Smoking is only allowed outside in the designated area.
Open fire is never allowed, neither inside nor outside.
The use of the pool is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard present. The tourist is responsible for himself and the people staying with him.
The use of the pool is only allowed to guests of the rural house.
Walking or climbing on the edge of the infinity pool is prohibited.
Masia de Matuta is located on a 27-hectare farm in the heart of the Sierra de Espadan National Park. You must be careful with nature and yourself at all times. MASIA DE MATUTA GETAWAY, S.L. is een landelijke huis gelegen in Vall de Almonacid, Polígono 6, Parcela 96, dat is geregistreerd in het register van het Ministerie van Toerisme als een landelijk huis met gedeelde accommodatie met het nummer ARCS-630, met de naam “MASÍA MATUTA”. Masia de Matuta biedt kamers waar toeristen kunnen genieten van de natuur en kunnen ontspannen. Deze kamers worden individueel aangeboden en worden hierna ‘Kamerreserveringen’ genoemd.

Masia de Matuta biedt accommodatie aan voor groepen (reservering van meer dan 3 kamers tegelijk of exclusiviteit van de Masia met maximaal 14 personen), hierna ‘Groepsreserveringen’.

Masia de Matuta biedt (brood)workshops aan voor groepen gehuisvest in de Masia van minimaal 4 en maximaal 12 personen en voor groepen niet gehuisvest in de Masia van minimaal 8 en maximaal 12 personen. Hierna te noemen ‘Workshopreserveringen’.

Masia de Matuta biedt buitenruimte voor evenementen tot maximaal 180 personen, hierna ‘Evenementreserveringen’.

Annuleringsbeleid:

Kamerreserveringen kunnen tot 4 dagen (96 uur) voor aankomst kosteloos worden geannuleerd. Bij annulering tot 3 dagen (tussen 95 en 72 uur) voor het inchecken wordt 50% in rekening gebracht. Bij annulering tussen 0 en 71 uur wordt 100% van de reserveringswaarde in rekening gebracht. Om te annuleren kunt u een e-mail sturen naar info@masiadematuta.com.

Prijzen:

De kamerreserveringsprijzen zijn voor 2 personen en inclusief BTW (10%) en ontbijt voor 2 personen.
Kinderen jonger dan 2 jaar verblijven gratis in een wiegje, zolang er ruimte voor is in de gereserveerde kamer.

Dieren:

Dieren zijn niet toegestaan IN de accommodatie.

Veiligheid:

Roken is nooit toegestaan in de accommodatie, bij het zwembad en op de terrassen van Masia de Matuta. Roken is alleen buiten toegestaan in de daarvoor bestemde ruimte.
Open van vuur is nooit toegestaan, noch binnen, noch buiten.
Het gebruik van het zwembad is op eigen risico. Er is geen badmeester aanwezig. De toerist is verantwoordelijk voor zichzelf en de mensen die bij hem verblijven.
Het gebruik van het zwembad is alleen toegestaan voor gasten van het landhuis.
Het is verboden om op de rand van het overloopzwembad te lopen of te klimmen.
Masia de Matuta ligt op een boerderij van 27 hectare in het hart van het Nationaal Park Sierra de Espadan. U dient te allen tijde voorzichtig zijn met de natuur en uzelf. Ouders moeten te allen tijde toezicht houden op hun kinderen. Masía de Matuta Getaway S.L. is nooit verantwoordelijk voor eventuele schade geleden tijdens het gebruik van de Masia, de faciliteiten en de eigendommen van Masia de Matuta Getaway S.L.

Check out:

U dient de accommodatie vóór 11.00 uur te verlaten.
Bagageopslag en/of gebruik van de faciliteiten van Masía de Matuta is altijd op basis van beschikbaarheid en gaat altijd in overleg.
Indien DE TOERIST het huisje (of de gereserveerde kamers) niet binnen de afgesproken termijn verlaat, riskeert hij of zij driemaal het voor die periode geldende tarief, berekend per dag, te betalen.
Indien DE TOERIST het landhuis vóór de overeengekomen periode verlaat, is hij de gehele overeengekomen huurprijs voor de overeengekomen periode verschuldigd.

Gebruik van Masia de Matuta:

Wij bieden u graag gemeenschappelijke ruimtes aan die u met elkaar kunt delen. U kunt gebruik maken van de keuken op de begane grond van de Masia en van de woonruimtes binnen en buiten. Wij vragen u altijd om de door ons aangeboden artikelen met respect te behandelen en rekening te houden met andere gasten.
